some person other than the nominee or some person claiming through him, that payment shall, subject to the provision of the Principal Regulations for saving the rights of third parties, be as valid as if the Nomination had not been made.

4. The Principal Regulations shall be printed from time to time as amended by all Regulations made prior to the date of such printing.

5. These Regulations shall come into force on the 31st day of July, 1926.

THE POST OFFICE SAVINGS BANK AMENDMENT (No. 2) REGULA- TIONS, 1927. DATED JULY 8, 1927.

I, His Majesty's Postinaster General, under and by virtue of all powers and authorities vested in me in that behalf by the Post Office Savings Banks Acts, 1861 to 1920, or otherwise, do, with the consent of the Commissioners of His Majesty's Treasury, make the following Regulations, that is to say :-

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Post Office Savings Short title. Bank Amendment (No. 2) Regulations, 1927,
