some person other than the nominee or some person claiming through him, that payment shall, subject to the provision of the Principal Regulations for saving the rights of third parties, be as valid as if the Nomination had not been made.
4. The Principal Regulations shall be printed from time to time as amended by all Regulations made prior to the date of such printing.
5. These Regulations shall come into force on the 31st day of July, 1926.

THE POST OFFICE SAVINGS BANK AMENDMENT (No. 2) REGULA- TIONS, 1927. DATED JULY 8, 1927.
I, His Majesty's Postinaster General, under and by virtue of all powers and authorities vested in me in that behalf by the Post Office Savings Banks Acts, 1861 to 1920, or otherwise, do, with the consent of the Commissioners of His Majesty's Treasury, make the following Regulations, that is to say :-
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Post Office Savings Short title. Bank Amendment (No. 2) Regulations, 1927,

2. These Regulations shall be read as one with the Post Office Regulations Savings Bank Regulations, 1921(a) (hereinafter referred to as
the Principal Regulations "), and all Regulations amending Principal

3. Regulation 30 of the Principal Regulations is hereby re- Repeal. pealed and the following Regulation shall be substituted therefor, that is to say :-
30.-(1) Subject to the provisions of these Regulations, Procedure on application for withdrawal of money deposited shall withdrawals

(2) Except where the Postmaster General otherwise directs. all payments made by him shall be made by Warrant in the prescribed form.
(3) A Warrant issued under these Regulations (other than a crossed Warrant) shall be payable at the Savings Bank Office named therein on presentation with the relative deposit book, and a crossed Warrant shall be
